What does having Lewis B antibodies mean?

I've just had a blood rest for surgery & been I have to go in early because the result us marked "Anti Le(B)". I'm not having much luck finding out what this means, other than the fact it refers to the Lewis bloodtyping system. Can anybody tell me what having these antibodies indicates please?
