RH negative and trying to conceive, is there problems?

It will protect the rest of your pregnancy and the next one when you try to get pregnant again. If you have had a miscarriage and you didn't get the shot after you could be higher risk. Make sure you tell your doctor as SOON AS you become pregnant. It will not effect your chances of getting pregnant though.
