Hashimotos thyroid disease ?

I have a small goiter with it being heterogeneous. But I'm confused because my tpo antibodies and thyroglobulin antibodies are in normal range but I still have symptoms. Wouldn't it be normal to have no antibodies attacking ur thyroid?
