Can I finally put my HIV Negative test result to peace? Please read.?

I was down in Key West, FL June 5-13 - I had been worrying and making myself sick from it because I had unprotected sex back in November. I understand that it only takes one person to be infected and I understand that safe sex practice is the best thing to do so you can protect yourself. A clinic was offering free Rapid tests using the OraQuick ADVANCE RAPID HIV 1/2 test - my result came back negative and I have not been having any unsafe sex since. I am still extremely paranoid and I just want to let this fear go. I understand it's FDA approved and highly reliable in testing for HIV Antibodies, can I finally let my fear go that my result was negative? It's not like this was an at home test, it was being distributed by an HIV/AIDS clinic.
