Who knows about thyroid disease?

If I have a mild giter and tpo antibodies and antithyroglobulin antibodies is that normal? Tpo antibodies are low at 8, but the other thyroglobulin antibodies are at 31.still not that high but I have smptoms.and I have a goiter with heterogeneous glands. What's up with this?
