My 6 month old had dtap ipv hib vaccination yesterday?

he is fine, i know it sounds stupid but i am in bed with a fever , bad head ache and general pains, I am not the mother so not breast feeding but i change him , feed him kiss etc could i have been infected by the antibodies ?
