Question about artificial insemination?

My partner got a vasectomy and can't get me pregnant. We found a sperm donor who is going to do it for us. But my partner wants to have sex with me before we inject the other person's sperm into me. I've heard that men who have had vasectomies often develop antisperm antibodies. Would my partner having sex with me affect the sperm that we inject into me after?
