My Boold test shown my HBS Antigen is nonreactive and HBS Antibody >120. Should i do injection for HBS?

I don't know the reference ranges for your tests, but I assume that >120 means that your antibodies are at the upper range of the test, which means you have immunity to HBS. Nonreactive HBS antigen means that you don't have any of the hepatitis b virus surface antigen floating in your blood, which is a good thing.
