I was bit by brown recluse spider but now the bite is a hoe can i still use the kit ?

I was bite by a brown recluse spider I was in the hospital for three days im on many antibodies and pain killers. They cut out all the dead tissue now I have a ugly hole in my arm I want to know is it safe to purchase the brown recluse spider kit and use the ingredients in the hole the faster it heals the better for me im home now but its still very red and itchy alot and hurts ?
