How soon can hsv 1 antibodies appear in blood?

ive been dating this girl for about two months now. we've only had sex one time (not to mention im a female) however BEFORE we had sex she told me she had hsv 1 and BEFORE she told me she had hsv 1 we just kissed a lot. i went to the doctors office to get tested for all STD's. i got a blood test done for hsv 1 and 2. my results stated that I was exposed to hsv 1 in the past. my lab result came back 1.14 for hsv 1, anything above 1.10 being positive.. she didn't have any outbreaks at the time we've had sex.. could I have caught this from her or some one else before her?
