Has anyone ever heard of a veterinarian vaccinating puppies every two weeks?

I'm looking to settle a "discussion" where a person who claims to be a "Professional dog trainer" and Veterinary Technician is saying that some vets vaccinate every two weeks, sometimes starting as young a 4 weeks of age! Apparently this would be done so that the pup can attend dog shows before the age of 12 weeks for "socialization purposes". I called her on it, since as far as I know, that's a load of BS, and dangerous information to be putting out there ( on Facebook) I am interested in factual information from Veterinarians or certified Vet Techs only please. This is not a case of special circumstances with questionable maternal antibody transfer, or a case of splitting down the vaccination schedule into mono-valent shots; pups are from a fully vaccinated dam, and reportedly from a "responsible" breeder.
